The team at Lancashire Damp Proofing have been busy carrying out works at our client’s property. On our initial inspection of the property our surveyor found that there was a higher than average moisture meter readings which was caused by a failed damp proof course, and salt contamination.

Our team of highly skilled operatives were able to rectify the problem of damp by removing all defective plasterwork. Lancashire Damp Proofing then applied the polypropylene studded membrane which prevents moisture from entering the property. The team then plasterboard on adhesive dabs and skim finish. Following completion of works carried out, the team ensures that they leave the property clean and tidy for our client.
