Lancashire Damp Proofing have been instructed to carry out damp proofing works for our client. Our surveyor quoted this in October 2024, the client received the report and approved the actions required. This was to apply polypropylene studded membrane on the specialist fixings to the existing plaster work, insert new chemical damp proof course, supply and fix plasterboard on adhesive dabs and skim finish to walls full height.
Our client wanted the work to proceed mid December, the work was carried out over 8 days, the team did a fantastic job completing the works in a timely manner.
