After a survey carried out in May this year, we discovered that wet rot had affected the flooring in this property in Blackpool. Our client agreed to go ahead with our quotation provided, and it was agreed work would take place in September.
Our team removed the defective flooring including joists and replace with pre-treated joists and floorboards. We then Increase sub-floor ventilation.
The site was left in a clean and tidy manor and the client was fully satisfied.
